dated 14.09.2018 quash the same consequently direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2018, 28.05.2018 and 02.07.2018 to change the proposal of the Mangalampettai By-pass road (SH 69).

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, i.e., 24.11.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that, already alignment has been made and almost 80% of work has been completed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Since the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, probably, this might be the reason for the non appearance of the petitioner to prosecute the case.

4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
