Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 14.06.2018 in Na.Ka.6226/2015 Sa.Pa. passed by the first respondent and the consequential impugned notice dated 15.10.2018 issued by the third respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to decide the review application dated 13.02.2018 on merits after affording opportunity to the petitioner.
