ORDER
The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that this Court on 29.10.2018 granted interim stay in O.S.No.204 of 2018, on the file of the District Munsif, Kangayam.
2.The above said suit was filed for permanent injunction restraining the first defendant, their men and agents, servants from in any way interfering with the petitioner/plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property.
3.Subsequent to the granting of interim stay of this Court, the revision petitioner herein have erected the Power Grids in the suit schedule properties. The first respondent has also received a compensation of Rs.4,89,847/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Eighty nine thousand, Eight hundred and Forty seven only) from the petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that there is nothing survives for further adjudication in the present revision petition as the present suit was filed for permanent injunction to restrain the revision petitioner to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit properties and in the said suit also there is nothing survives. Therefore, he contended that the present Civil
Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the civil revision petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
