2. C.M.P.No.5214 of 2019 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in S.A.No.634 of 2003.

3. C.M.P.No.5215 of 2019 is filed to bring on record the respondents 5 to 8 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondents 5 to 8 in S.A.No.634 of 2003.

4. C.M.P.No.5217 of 2019 is filed to bring on record the 1/4

proposed respondents 9 to 10 as the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent and rank them as respondents 9 to 10 in S.A.No.634 of 2003.

5. The respondents have been served in all these petitions. However, there is no appearance on their behalf.

6. The above petitions are ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
