3. C.M.P.No.19994 of 2018 is filed to bring on record the respondents 9 to 11 as the legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent in S.A.No.635 of 2003.

4. C.M.P.No.20045 of 2018 is filed to condone the delay of 1715 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the 1st respondent in S.A.No.635 of 2003.

5. C.M.P.No.20052 of 2018 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in S.A.No.635 of 2003.

6. C.M.P.No.20058 of 2018 is filed to bring on record the respondents 12 to 15 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondents 12 to 15 in S.A.No.635 of 2003.

7. The respondents have been served in all these petitions. However, there is no appearance on their behalf.

8. The above petitions are ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. 2/4
