It appears in this case, the grievance of the petitioners are that they were deployed to another school on account of depleted students strength for permanent absorption. The permanent absorption order in the meanwhile has been passed but the petitioners have not been absorbed in the school, where they have been posted. However, it is stated that the petitioners in this case being posted in aided schools, they can never be permanently absorbed in Government Schools, presently they being working in schools where they cannot be permanently absorbed. 2.
However, the same is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners indicating that in
many cases the persons in aided schools have also been absorbed in Government Schools.
3. Be that as it may, since absorption has been made, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to ventilate their grievance in this regard indicating the fact though they are entitled to be absorbed in the schools where they are working but they have not been absorbed therein.
