[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The Hebeas Corpus Petition filed by the petitioner under article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks production of her brother who is missing.

2.Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that in keeping with the directions at the last hearing, the petitioner appeared before the respondent and detailed enquiry has been conducted, such enquiry reveals that the alleged detenue is mentally retarded and had gone missing from 12.06.2016 and that there is false implication against some persons and dispute regarding property is involved.
