Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents for issue patta for the petitioner's property situated at Door No.158, Road Street, Ganapathipuram Village & Post, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District-631 051. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta for the petitioner's property situated at Door No.158, Road Street, Ganapathipuram Village & Post, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District-631 051.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she has submitted a representation dated 12.07.2018, seeking for issuance of patta for her property situated at Door No.158, Road Street, Ganapathipuram Village & Post, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District-631 051, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having Aadar card, ration card and other documents for her occupation of the aforesaid property. It is further submitted that the petitioner is now staying in Ganapathipuram bus station and therefore a direction may be issued to the respondents to issue patta for the petitioner's aforementioned property.

Heard Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side and also the fact that the petitioner is residing in Ganapathipuram bus station, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders sympathetically, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
