PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the record pertaining to the impugned order of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.26/(Cable TV)/2017 dated 23.05.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents No.1 and 4 to conduct Tender-cum-Auction, as per the direction of this Court in W.P.(MD).Nos.20216 of 2015 & 15347 of 2016 dated 25.11.2016.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion on 14.12.2021, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 16.12.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (i.e. 16.12.2021), no one appeared for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting the case.
