(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 i.e., the District Collector, Erode District be directed to proceed with the enquiry pending on his file in Na.Ka.No.4953/2017/Voo.2, dated 21.11.2017, within a fixed time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that enquiry, if any, pending will be dealt with expeditiously by respondent No.2 in accordance with law.
