This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.75 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.75 of 2018 on 14.01.2018 under Section 294(b), 324 and 506(2) IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.
4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.75 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any other legal impediment.
