When it was pointed out that statutory remedies exist for the Petitioner to work out her rights claimed against the Fourth Respondent before the proper forum, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to take recourse to the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
