Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, against judgment and decree dated 04.10.2018 passed by the Appellate Authority, IX Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai in R.C.A.No.2 of 2018 confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 15.12.2017 passed in M.P.No.610 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.1289 of 2015 by the Rent Controller, XV Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

O R D E R

Pursuant to the order dated 20.03.2019, the revision petitioner has removed all the articles in the presence of the learned counsel for the respondent. The revision petitioner/party-in-person, who is present before this Court has admitted that he has removed all his articles and the same has also been accepted by the learned counsel for the respondent.

2.Therefore, the suit in O.S.No.3543 of 2015 will be withdrawn by the revision petitioner tomorrow, as the matter is posted before the XIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. 3.Likewise, the respondent/landlord submits that he has no claim whatsoever against the revision petitioner. The revision petitioner has submitted that some of his articles had been damaged. It is open to him to take such proceedings as permitted in law as required for claiming damages.
