O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.659 of 2017 in O.S.No.391 of 2017 dated 20.09.2018 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, thereby allowed the petition for attachment of the suit property.

2. The petitioners are the defendants 1 and 3 and the respondent is the plaintiff. The respondent filed a suit for recovery of money. While pending the suit, the respondent filed a petition for attachment of the suit property before the Court below. It was allowed and aggrieved by the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. While pending this Civil Revision Petition, both the petitioners separately filed undertaking affidavits undertaking not to sell nor dispose of the property till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.391 of 2017.

3. Recording the said affidavits, this Civil Revision Petition is 2/5

disposed of. The said undertaking affidavits shall form part of this order. However, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
