O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2 of 2018 on the file of the XII Additional Judge for CBI cases, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the entire quash petition is misconceived, since it has been filed on the premise that the complaint has been filed based on the FIR registered by the CCB in Crime No.63 of 2017, whereas, the prosecution has been launched based on the FIR registered by the CBI in R.C.No.219 of 2016.

4.In view of the above, this petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
