ORDER

Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation of petitioner dated 03.09.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.09.2018, seeking issuance of separate patta in their name. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that fourth respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
