Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the tentative provisional selection list of direct recruitment of special teacher for the year 20122016, Subject : Drawing, Department : Other Department CV Date : 13.08.2018 on the file of the third respondent and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the selection list by awarding 17 for the correct answers.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the tentative selection list published by the Teachers Recruitment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Board for the year 2012-2016 for selection of Special Teachers. Consequently to quash the same with a prayer to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the selection list by awarding 17 for the correct answers. 3.
The case of the petitioner is that he appeared for the examination conducted by the TRB, in which, he has scored only 42 marks inasmuch as, in respect of 17 questions, marks were not awarded. Had the respondents not failed to award marks for those 17 questions, which the petitioner has answered correctly, he would have obviously got selected to the aforesaid post. 4.
Though the petitioner claims that for 17 questions marks were not awarded, but from the OMR Sheet annexed in support of this Writ Petition, it could not evident that he appears to have answered correctly. Therefore, the petitioner has made out no case. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
