Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the respondent dated 24.09.2012 in Ku.A.No.11789/288/Ni.Pi.2(2)/Ko.15 and consequential order of the respondent dated 12.09.2018 in Ku.A.011673/672/Ni.Pi/Ni.Vu1/Ko, Court Case/2018-2 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to forthwith promote the petitioner as Foremen-I Grade with effect from the date on which his juniors have been promoted.
