2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the counter has been filed on 03.07.2018 and the trial has also commenced.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of HMOP.No.367 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
