O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the statutory appeal of the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, challenging the order passed by the Deputy Director of Town and Country Planning rejecting the petitioner's application seeking for regularisation of residential plots. The petitioner said to have filed an appeal before the respondent on 10.03.2018, and in pursuant to the appeal, the respondent also sought for clarification from the Deputy Director on 10.04.2018. Thereafter, no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal and pass suitable orders after giving opportunity to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
