This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Kancheepuram District to expedite the proceedings in C.C.No.683 of 2012 on his file and also to complete the proceedings accordingly within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the Judicial Magistrate Alandur, Kancheepuram District to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.683 of 2012. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a final report has been filed by the respondent police for offence under Sections 341, 326, 506(ii) of IPC r/w 34 IPC and the same was taken cognisance of the Court below in C.C.No.683 of 2012. 3.The learned counsel would further submit that only two witnesses were examined till date. Thereafter, there is no progress in the case and therefore, this petition has been filed.

4.In the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the Court below to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.683 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and reported compliance before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

5.With the above direction this criminal original petition is disposed of.
