The petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.1295 of 2018 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai 15, which has been dismissed on 20.08.2018 on the ground that the petitioner has not complied the mandates of the law laid down in Priyanka Srivastava and another Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others [(2015) 6 SCC 287] and Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Adyar, Chennai and another [2016-2-L.W. (Crl.) 499]. Challenging the said order, the petitioner is before this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.On a perusal of the impugned order, this Court does not find any infirmity warranting interference by this Court. Division Bench of this Court in G.Prabakaran Vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another in [Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13681 of 2018 etc., batch] has also given certain guidelines.

4.Under such circumstances, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law as laid down in Priyanka Srivastava (cited supra).
