O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Ramar against the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent in C.S.R.No.356/2018.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the 2nd respondent police are free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
