(R.C.7/S/ 2009 CBI SCB: CHENNAI) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.5347 of 2017 in Crl.A.108 of 2017 by order dated 06.06.2017 to appear before the learned court of XIII Additional Special Judge for CBI cases, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.[CRL.MP.NO.14170 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SHANKER Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5347 of 2017 in Crl.A.No108 of 2017 dated 06.06.2017.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI has submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration, the submissions made by the counsels on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5347 of 2017 in Crl.A.No108 of 2017 dated 06.06.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XIII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30am., until further orders. -sd/- 29/10/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
