ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 05.10.2018 passed by the learned X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in E.A.No.2292 of 2018 in E.P.No.230 of 2014 in O.S.No.8614 of 2011, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioners to declare them as obstructers.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the subject matter of the property has already been taken possession and the main Execution Petition in E.P.No.230 of 2014 was terminated. Hence the revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.
