The petitioner is the accused in S.T.C.No.612 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur, Kancheepuram for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that he was not present on 12.09.2018 and that his counsel had failed to file a petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C and therefore, warrant has been issued. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent. 4.The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the Trial Court shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
