ORDER
When the matter was taken up on 07.12.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the matter was directed to be listed on 12.03.2021. Again, when the matter was taken up on 12.03.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to 1/4
be listed on 24.03.2021 for physical hearing.
2. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner,. The Civil Revision Petition is of the year 2018 and for the past three hearings, there was no representation for the petitioner.
3. Normally, this Court does not dismiss the case for non-prosecution during the pandemic period. But, in the present case, there was no representation for the past three hearings. The petitioner, after filing the Civil Revision Petition, is simply keeping away without attending the court proceedings, which clearly reveals that he is not interested in prosecuting the case.
