This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the dismissal of the petition filed by the petitioner, who is the defacto complainant to conduct the prosecution in the case that is pending in C.C.No.3045 of 2017.

2. It is seen that the petition has been dismissed on the ground that there was no representation on the side of the petitioner, when the matter was called.
