O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer the patta No.2231 for Survey No.53/5B, Nedungadu village, Thirunallar Taluk, Karaikal District in favour of the petitioner in pursuance of the Sale Deed Doc.No.2677/2016, dated 10.02.2016 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Thirunallar, Karaikal District and the receipt and challan dated 12.06.2017 vide No.95/FT/17 issued by the Tahsildar, Thirunallar, Karaikal District, for Transfer of patta.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had applied for transfer of patta in her name on 12.06.2017 to the Tahsildar, Thirunallur Taluk, Karaikal District pursuant to the Sale Deed dated 10.02.2016 on the file of the Sub-Registrar office, Thirunallar Taluk, Karaikal District. The petitioner has also filed the patta issued in favour of her vendor. But till date, the patta was not transferred in her name. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard Mr.G.K.R.Pandiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the fourth respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed

of. No costs.
