2. When the matter was listed on 29.04.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 03.06.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 14.06.2021 the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
