Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st respondent to change the investigating officer and investigate the complaint of the petitioner in FIR No.1323 of 2015 dated 01.05.2015 and to file final report in accordance with law within the stipulated time as this Court may deem fit.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed the 1st respondent to change the investigating officer and investigate the complaint of the petitioner in FIR No.1323 of 2015 dated 01.05.2015 and to file final report in accordance with law within the stipulated time as this Court may deem fit. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though respondents have registered a case in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

above said crime number on 01.05.2015, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police are directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
