PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.20 of 2018 at an early date preferably within a period of one month. to expeditiously dispose off the original suit in O.S.No.193 of 2018 within time frame.

2. The suit in O.S.No.314 of 2005 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur was dismissed, against which the defendant has preferred an appeal in A.S.No.20 of 2018. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent is dragging on the matter, which would cause irreparable loss and hardship to the petitioner.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.20 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.
