By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representations dated 13.08.2018 and 03.09.2018 for rectification of defects in the revenue records with regard to an extent of 0.87 cents comprised in Survey No.1025/2, situated at Kothur Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue a computerized joint patta to him.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 13.08.2018 and 03.09.2018 claiming the relief as prayed in this Writ Petition, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Heard Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate taking notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representations, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 13.08.2018 and 03.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondents 3 to 5 and affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 3 to 5 herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
