ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R. SUBRAMANIAN,J.) The complaint of the petitioner is regarding noncompliance of the judgment dated 05.06.2018 made in W.A.No.1377 of 2017.

2. When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing on 30.10.2018, we passed the following order: "

There is a clear understanding before passing the judgment dated 05.06.2018 that the Institution was having all the infrastructure facilities for upgradation.

The report submitted by the Advocate Commissioner clearly indicates the availability of necessary institutional and infrastructural facilities. The Chief Educational Officer, was therefore, not correct in passing an order of this nature.

The learned Special Government Pleader seeks time to look into the matter and produce the order upgrading the Institution, in question.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.C. Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the Joint Director of School Education (Higher Secondary) in P.M.No.29680/W4/E2/2017 dated 31.10.2018 which discloses that the recognition has been granted as per our direction.

In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
