2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16182 of 2016 dated 22.08.2017, has been complied with and in this regard, the Managing Director passed an order in proceedings dated 18.01.2019. 3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Petition and accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
