O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to carry out the renovation of the third respondent-Temple under its own control and not to grant permission to any individual to do the Thirupani work of Arulmigu Govindaraja Perumal Temple, Udayapatti, Salem District. .

2. The petitioner had alleged that persons like the fourth and fifth respondents, who are private individuals, are involving themselves in the Tirupani Work of the third respondent-Temple with some ulterior motive.

3. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government (H.R & C.E), appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that already they have constituted a Tirupani Committee, which is carrying out the renovation work of the third respondent-Temple and the Department has absolute control over the same. It is also stated that the respondents 4 and 5 are no where in the Committee and they will also not be involved in the said Tirupani work of the third respondent-Temple.
