Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the termination letter dated 09.10.2018 in Ref:SRO/NW/RET/008, issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 11.102018 made by the petitioner.

By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition calling for the records of the termination letter dated 09.10.2018 in Ref:SRO/NW/RET/008, issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 11.102018 made by the petitioner. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent passed the impugned order terminating the temporary arrangement for operation of outlet run by the petitioner and he has submitted a representation dated 11.10.2018 seeking for extension of time for making payment, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Though the prayer sought for in the writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2018.

5. Heard Mr.M.Vijayan for M/s.King & Patridge, learned counsel on behalf of the respondents.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
