This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following oder: The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of his father V.Meenakshisundaram, who died intestate on 18.04.2010 leaving behind the petitioner and his mother/wife of the deceased Tmt.M.Shanbagavalli.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificate and legal heirship certificate of Mr.V.Meenakshisundaram as Exs.P1 and P2 respectively. Mother of the petitioner M.Shanbagavalli died on 04.02.2015. Her death certificate has been produced as Ex.P3 and legal heirship certificate as Ex.P4. A perusal of the above documents would show that the petitioner is the sole legal heir of the deceased V.Meenakshisundaram.

3. Considering the said evidence, this original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
