Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.25553 of 2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESH KUMAR CHOPRA, Advocate for the petitioner AND OF MRS.PRABHAVATHI, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties under Section 88 Cr.P.C., on undertaking to appear before the trial Court, without waiting for further summons, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.25553 of 2018 getting dismissed by this Court. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court shall stand dispensed with till the disposal of Crl.O.P.No.25553 of 2018.
