O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present application is for a direction of speedy disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.69 of 2017 filed for divorce by the wife.

2. From the perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the counter has already been filed and the case is ripe for enquiry and thereafter, there is no much progress in the petition. As such it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the proceedings.

3. In the light of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Harur to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.69 of 2017 and complete the same within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is ordered. No costs.
