Heard Mr.G.Madhan Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd and 4th respondents.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd and 4th respondents that in a writ petition filed by the 3rd and 4th respondents in W.P.No.33397 of 2018 against the petitioner herein and others, this Court has passed an order on 20.12.2018 and disposed the same with certain observations and directions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, both sides submit that in view of the order already passed in the other writ petition, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.

3. Recording the said above said submissions, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
