HARIHARA ARUN SOMA SANKAR Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner in the judgment 23.01.2017 made in C.A.No.90 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur, confirming the judgment dated 22.07.2016 made in C.C.No.247 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Tiruppur and enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of criminal revision, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the sentence passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur, dated 23.01.2017 in C.A.No.90 of 2016, is suspended on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Tiruppur and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. -sd/- 20/11/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
