ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the body of the detenue Yasmeen Fathima, aged about 21 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has returned to home on 25.11.2018, pursuant to which, the very complaint itself has been withdrawn by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
