This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by one Devendra Manickam/3rd respondent, petition enquiry was conducted by the 2nd respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CSR.No.208 of 2018 and the same was closed on 30.09.2018. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
