Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in his proceedings letter No. Ka.En.Umi.Po/Na/C Che/Ko/No/A/En.114/2018, dated 21.07.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue order for giving Electricity connection to the petitioner in common well comprising in S.No.258/1C in Rayarpalayam Village, ChinnasalemTaluk, Villupuram District.
