The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action under Sections 81 to 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 against the respondents 3 to 8, for the fraudulent creation of the sale deed dated 05.10.2018 (Pending Doc.No.7/2018) in respect of the petitioners' property measuring 1945 sq.ft., comprised in old S.No.294/1, New S.No.475/6, Periamampattu Village, Thiyagadurugam, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District by considering their representations dated 27.09.2018 and 09.10.2018.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending writ petition, the representation of the petitioners dated 27.09.2018 has been considered by the first respondent vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.3018/Aa1/2018 dated 07.08.2019, which directed the petitioners to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
4. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 19.06.2024 vm Index :
