[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Illakkiya aged about 26 years before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured and handed over to the petitioner on 17.12.2019. He has further submitted that the very complaint itself has been withdrawn by the petitioner.

3.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
