The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the file of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.773/2017 A3 dated 23.07.2018 and to quash the same. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner settled the entire amount in favour of the respondents and surrendered the property to the HR & CE Department. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
