O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent.
3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Sivadesiga Pillai against the petitioners, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.206 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent.
4.In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioners shall not be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
