ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu Karthick, son of Munisamy, now confined in the hands of fourth and fifth respondents herein, before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.We have perused the statement of the petitioner dated 22.10.2019furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.From the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and on going through the statement made by the petitioner, we are satisfied that the detenue has since returned back and rejoined the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
